My wife and I first met Duane in the late 1980's. He created a working plan for our new house...one that we followed through the next few years while completing our landscaping. We met with Duane in the late 1990's when we wanted a new entrance to our home. We met with him in the mid 2010's when we downsized to a smaller home and needed a new look for our "mature" property. We met with him recently to help with a project at our church. Duane is personable, creative, and involved. He is able to increase or decrease the amount of design you desire and he does it with much enthusiasm. He is very talented and thinks out of the box. I had spoke with Duane on the phone and then he had met us at our home to discuss the renovation we are planning on undergoing. He had met for us for about an hour and could not stay focused and kept telling us how long this process can take. I had several quotes to be sure I was doing my due diligence. While all quotes came in under 9k (the one we decided on was 8.5k and a very reputable company that I would gladly recommend) Duane had given me a quote that was a range from 35k to 55k. He is probably trying to find someone he can take advantage of, do not waste your time and especially not your money.

We contacted Duane to help us navigate a tricky rezoning issue. After meeting with Duane, it was clear he possessed the knowledge and expertise to guide us through the process. Duane worked and reworked the site plan to comply with County requirements while still being sensitive to our engineering and construction budgets. Duane was a pleasure to work with and I'm sure our paths will cross again on future projects.
