Coy found and replaced our 19 year old AC unit with a far more efficient and extremely quiet unit at a very good price in a matter of 3 days. He tried to get the old unit operable first to buy us time, but it was just not meant to be. Excellent service!

Very professional and arrived in a timely manner even given last minute notice. He was fixing our HVAC through a warranty company. The warranty company was a nightmare but his experience and responsiveness made things so much easier. He replaced our upstairs HVAC and it works 1000x better than it did even before it was broken! I would definitely recommend his work and will call him again with any other HVAC issues even outside of my warranty company.

I’ve used Duct Assassins before, year ago replaced my part and labor cheaper then I could for the part. This time he showed up the next day , Sunday morning , after calling and using Thumbstack. He’s the only one that got back with me, the next day. So, my problem was Saturday night , everyone contacted me Monday afternoon, when he had me fixed and running the next day. All listed 24/7 service but he has always been the cheapest and most reliable. He came after church , to install my part. Good man quick, and honest.
