JF Well & Pump Service

When my old well failed I hired a big regional company to replace it. While they were polite and professional, everything took twice as long as they predicted and costs were higher as well. It took 12 weeks for the drilling to commence (imagine no water for 3 months) and then I learned that the pump would not be installed for a couple more weeks. Yikes! I had seen signs for JF Well & Pump, and reached out to Jeremy. He and his crew came in and finished the job. 24 hours after the drilling was finished Jeremy had the water flowing into my house again. And his price was a little lower than the big regional company. I highly recommend Jeremy for quality, communication, and price. He is currently working on a new well for my friend/neighbor, and they expect to have the job done in around 1 mo

Have no doubt,this is one great company!Jeremy received my call at 8am this morning & was at our home within a few hours.We had been without water since the nite before.He explained step by step what he was doing. Kept me in the loop so no surprises.Very polite men.His priority was getting our home water.He succeeded! Appreciated his hard work & his crew member(I apologize that I did not get his name)They both worked hard in the pouring down rain to get us up and running with a new well pump/wires plus the pressure tank. Jeremy and his work crew came after an hour of me calling about no water. They got my pump and wire fixed very quickly. Jeremy is extremely professional and so is his crew. If you need help with your well in the Martinsburg area I highly recommend his company.

Researched several companies and called JF Well and Pump Service for a pressure tank issue due to all the great reviews and was not disappointed. We were scheduled in within a few days (was not an emergency). They inspected and came back later that afternoon to fix our issue. Friendly and kind service, answered all our questions and told us to call back anytime if we have any issues. Highly recommend!
