I couldn’t be happier with Look family exterior( Chad and Toni) services and their crew! They did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. Very reasonable pricing and quality of the services is amazing. The team really went above and beyond especially during cleaning up after the work was done. Much appreciated all the hard work and for exceeding my expectations.

Did a lot of research on various companies prior to going with Look Family Exteriors. From initial contact through final inspection the communication was excellent. Being a local small business with excellent ratings and being BBB accredited was more favorable in the decision making process than a large stock holder owned company. Prices were competitive. Work started and finished on schedule. Replaced existing roof and gutter, added another gutter and screens to both. Was not onsite during work as this is a vacation home but final inspection turned up maybe one loose nail on the ground and the finished product looked great. This first time use of Look and the results improved the chances I will also use them for siding in the future.

Had a 23 year old roof we wanted replaced as we just moved in and did not want to have roofing problems in the future. Look Family Exteriors gave us an honest, no surprises estimate. Another company gave us a higher estimate, but when told we were going elsewhere they then started bringing their price down. I appreciate Look Family Exterior's upfront honesty. Work was done as scheduled, crew worked hard and we now have a great looking new roof on our house and shed. Yard was checked and I have not found any leftover debris. Highly recommend this company.

We just had a new metal roof put on our home and could not be happier with it. Not only does it look beautiful, I can't say enough about how are the workers worked to please us, how professional their work was, and how they cleaned up all the debris that was created from the job. Chad Look was prompt with his response when I first contacted his company to do a small standing seam metal roof on a porch addition. He allowed me to send a drawing to get a ballpark estimate and was also very confident that they could get the job done before my August ninth deadline. I kept in contact with him on the progress of the framing and he said he would get out to as soon as that was completed. He came out and took measurements and had a solid number on the cost. His crew showed up and actually completed the two separate sections of roof that same day. Great communication with his crew leader and amazing work was completed with cleaning up the site and did the magnetic sweep to make sure no metal scraps or nails left on the ground.
