Duct Guys Team - Air Duct Cleaning Service

Feb 2026. Terrible!! Carpet cleaning service and the guy went to a local grocery store to rent a Rug Doctor machine!! Then charged my wife an additional $169 on top of the Groupon. I’m going to the better business bureau if I don’t get a call back and refund. I have called three times asking for the owner or manager and have not gotten a call back.

The manager (I believe his name was Adam) was extremely unprofessional. During our conversation about transportation, he corrected my pronunciation of the word “ask,” saying “It’s A.S.K., not A.X.E.” This felt unnecessary and unrelated to the job discussion. The call ended abruptly when I tried to address the comment. Very disappointing experience.

I hired the Duct Guys Team in Raleigh, NC to clean my bonus room carpet. They did the worst job of carpet cleaning we have ever had. They spent literally (not exaggerating) less than 5 minutes cleaning the room. It looked horrible. I told the technician that they needed to go back and he told me, "It'll lighten when it dries." It did not. I called back to complain and they scheduled a revisit 2 weeks down the road. They texted the day before a reminder of my appointment. They never showed. After that, I texted 2 times, left 2 voicemails, and called and called until I finally got a human and got hung up on 4 times. Worst experience ever!

Fabulous job, I've never seen these carpets so clean! Also did my air ducts and while I can't climb in to verify that seems great, too. Thanks!

I called to set up and appointment after a Groupon purchase. Spoke to a man who cleverly didn't provide his name and quoted me $150-$1000 more than Groupon. My husband and I both work, I've got cancer, he's a Vet, and we have 2 kids and can hardly afford the bills we currently have. So when I expressed concern about the extra fees, the guy hung up on me. Tried calling back and no one would answer (3 calls). I then called using my work phone and magically someone answered named Jesus who was rude and defensive from the beginning. He could not even state that his employee was rude to hang up. When asked if he thought hanging up was rude, he hung up. Yikes on customer service x 2! Embarrassing to work with these people. I immediately canceled my Groupon and reported it. What a scam company
