Duct-Man Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating

We purchased a new unit a little over a year ago, to say it’s been a nightmare ever since is an understatement. The unit surges our power every time it kicks on we recently learned that the wiring to the unit was the incorrect size and no one during installation made any mention that it was incorrect. The thermostat for the unit had to be replaced the first time within a month of getting the new unit. No matter how we set the thermostat it will not cool because the temperature is incorrect. When we manually adjust it it automatically sets itself back up to 78 within minutes. A few months after that we had to have the thermostat replaced again because it wasn’t working when the service guy came to check it out he knocked and walked right in the house without waiting on the door being opened

Had a whole new system installed on July 7. About 30 minutes after the installers left, my unit hadn’t lowered in temp at all so I called them to come back. The installer came back and looked at everything but said it looked fine so he left again. I was told a different tech would have to come and take a look. That tech looked it over and also said it was fine. I’ve spent the last month playing the same game; I have CONSISTENTLY set the temp to 72 but it seldom reaches that. The unit seems to do as it pleases and hovers around 75 no matter what. For example today it has fluctuated between 75 and 77 degrees in here but as always is set at 72. For the amount of money I paid for this system I should be able to freeze myself out if I wanted to. But for whatever reason this system just decides

I got home and my air wasn’t blowing cold. I called and the owner Quan answered. He was finished taking calls for the night but was a few minutes down the road and since I mentioned just getting home with my children he said he would come by this way on his way home. He was here within 15 minutes of me calling and had the air fixed and up in running in less than 20 minutes. He was absolutely a god send. One of my children has cancer & can’t handle being in hot temperatures for long. So getting my air fixed asap was a priority and Quan made that happen! I will ONLY ever call this company for any repair needs possible.

Thank you to the Duct man team! Tim was great with the quotes and options on a new unit. Ricky our technician that did the installation was awesome! They ran into issues with bad wires from the old unit and they both stayed late into the evening trouble shooting the issue. Great job to both technician! We are very grateful to have AC after going over a week without! Thank you!

I had Duct-Man install two new Trane Units about 2-3 years ago. I worked with Tim. Tim provided great customer service. At one point it felt like the entire company was at my house, so both units could be done in 1 day. I've had a few minor issues and Tim is always the one to call back and quickly resolve the issue. In fact just a few months ago I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message so someone could come out that week to evaluate the error code. Tim answered the phone and remoted in to my system as soon as his child's game was over. He diagnosed the issue that night and said he would order the part and have someone over on Tuesday. Top Notch Service. I highly recommend them.
