I interviewed this roofer for a complete roof replacement. Initially I was impressed with the knowledge base of the salesperson David. However there was a breakdown on customer service after the interview. I found that his voicemail was constantly full so that I could never leave a message. I reverted to text messages in a attempt to communicate. The first time that I was able to verbally talk to him by phone after not hearing from him for a couple of weeks, David seemed Annoyed that I bothered him when checking on the status of a application his company was submitting for a program that we wanted to use. I’ll called this company to come look at my roof, I had loose/broke tiles. The guy came out with in 2 hours and gave me the all clear! Roof It’s fine! Came out to give the guy a check and he said no cost! Amazing Thanks for checking this for us. When I need a roof company I will give you a call!! #1 in my book!!
