They never showed up and didn't call. I am beyond disappointed with this company and will tell everyone that I know. I wish that I could leave ZERO STARS but they make you pick at least 1 to even post.
I never showed up to my appointment. I had to call them back. Very unprofessional. Call center is overseas.
The Patriot Floor care division has done our carpet cleaning several times and will continue too going forward.
Their not anymore .don't know if they are still in business
