5/5 Nathan worked with me to find a time that worked well to get over and do an estimate on a leaking drain. Not only did he have an affordable , extremely fair price, he did a great job, cleaned up after his job was done, and gave me more input about other pipes in my basement. He went from copper to pvc, as requested by me. Dont feel shy to tell him what you want and he will meet those requests. As I told him, I will definitely be in touch for future projects. I called Nathan on a busy weekend with a gas line leak problem in my basement. Because of the leak, my gas had to be completely turned off until I could have it repaired. This problem caused me a lot of last minute stress and anxiety because I had a party planned for the next day and would not be able to use my gas stove to cook the food for the party. Even though Nathan had a very busy day and jobs already lined up for the weekend, he went above and beyond by fixing my problem the same evening. He even found a second leak further down the line and repaired it for me, too, without charging me extra for the second repair. He fixed our leaking tub faucet and replaced it. (We still need the ball in the handle now that you know I have it) Worked diligently until it was finished.

So now your not answering our messages. Maybe you won't ignore this. I want the rest of my deposit you took and never repayed. Im seeing all these positive reviews, are they real jobs you actually showed up for and did? Or just friends and family, churching you up. I still can't believe you had the audacity to steal my hard earn money from not just me but my children as well. Stop ignoring and pay me back!!
