Justin and Al are AMAZING! I was without water and Justin called me back within 10 minutes of my message. They gave me options and a very reasonable quote on a brand new system, which they came out and installed as soon as the weather allowed. The guys started work promptly in the morning, and by the time lunch came around, they had finished the job. I am very happy with the work these two did. I would highly recommend Dudley Well & Pump to anyone who needs service, installation, or has any other well water needs!

My home's whole well system was old, neglected, and in need of updating. Justin and Alan came right out and were super knowledgeable about what needed to be done, down to earth, and very professional. They got right to work inside and replaced a jet pump, the pressure tank, moved and replaced the filter, and replaced all of the old surrounding plumbing, etc. Outside they excavated to replace a foot valve and ended up also needing to replace the old well head, couplings, and likely some other things that I can't remember... The work was fast and neat, their communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and in the end, the total bill was less than any of the estimates (for less work) that I had received from others. Happy to recommend!

Just used Dudley for the 1st time on an emergency call. Submersible pump died over the weekend on a 2-family. (2 fams w children & no water - not great), but Justin responded & showed up straight away, (when no one else would take & some even refusing the call). These guys are great and I consider them a great find. They went through the whole system, diagnosed and confirmed what we expected, quoted (what I consider) a reasonable price on a high quality replacement & some upgrades, and performed the work quickly & efficiently, like pros. Posting this today, a week later, bc Justin followed up with a call to make sure everything's going okay. So, right to the top of our contacts list for all our properties now, (property management Co) and we have them returning to complete more work for us

Woke up to no water early on a Sunday morning. Dudley Well came right out within the hour after calling for assistance. They were friendly, professional, very efficient and reasonably priced for an emergency weekend call. Had all the stalk they needed to replace our well pump, hosing and electrical wire in a few short hours. Highly recommend their services!
