UPDATE: After speaking with Jeremy and showing him photos, I was met apologeticness and generosity. I am very thankful to him for reaching out and helping settle the issue! We have electricity in our new home, so that is great, but what I wasn't expecting was the mess left behind. There was mud all over our walls and doors, and discarded supplies and PILES OF METAL SHAVINGS left in our floor. I understand the mud to some degree, we live in the country, mud happens, but I am really glad we inspected everything before we let our toddler run around in her home. 🙃
