Money hungry leaches. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and choose a different provider.

I have been dealing with them for over 30 years. Very good company.

Duke Energy finds more and more ways to Screw their customers over Especially the ones that need help dealing with high bills. They still don’t care and they don’t help people like the way they should. They make it more more hard for people to pay their bills Duke Energy is the worst of company out there

Monopolistic practices designed to rob their community. Additional charges for power outages during storms. Sick joke.

They are an unconstitutional monopoly. They have terrible customer service. Our power frequently goes out for no apparent reason. Their representatives are rude. If there was any way in heck to not be their customer I would not be their customer.
