We really value the relationship and consistency with our technician, Jamie. It is so helpful to have same person each visit. Matthew is an outstanding human and he is patient and kind. He goes above and beyond his duties to look out for my dogs while in the home working. Very responsible and I trust him- which says alot about his character. Thompson has been our service for many years now because of the exceptional service ( one time at issue with rats and they were on it quickly and effectively) we have had no other issues and I see them that they look for wasp nests and they know our home and note anything that may be an issue and let us know. Thompson Brothers will always be our go to exterminating service. They do a great job with our extermination and always watching out for us.

Matthew does my pest control regarding spider control. He always calls, make an appointment, and is on time . His work is effective, he is efficient and he answers any questions I have. He provides both excellent pest control as well as excellent customer service

I’ve been a customer at Thompson Brother’s since I bought my home in 2022. I started off with Mr. Mike who has retired now (fabulous job) and now I have Matthew! Matthew is great and very knowledgeable about his job! Both men are amazing individuals who I’m so glad I’ve got meet and get to know! 10/10 service from this company!
