They came out to do yearly inspection. They were professional, arrived on time. They will be taking care of our heating and cooling system from here on out. These guys are the best around! They are so efficient, kind and down to earth. My AC was not working and I had a concern about my other unit. Charlie came out today and had my main unit fixed in a snap. He checked out my other unit and found it to be in good shape. Charlie called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly when he showed up and he got straight to work. I cannot recommend this place enough - they were recommended to me by a friend and I will certainly pass the word along; trustworthy, very reasonable prices, responsive and fast. What more could you ask for?!

Little knowledge of what the problem is and only concern was how much he was charging a hour. He left with the same problem he had when he got there but I was minus $1200 and the problem was diagnosed by another company within 30 minutes prepared and fixed. Use at your own risk. I first gave this company a one star because of my experience with the technician but after talking to the owner I have to give a five stars to the owner who completely understood our situation and refunded the $1200 so thanks.
