Had an emergency situation in below freezing conditions. Not only did I get different stories out of different people I talked to at the business, they kept delaying the emergency work being done. Work that when a more ethical company with actual integrity did, took under an hour! Duncan's delayed me for 2 days...would probably have been longer, except I ended up not waiting. I called a different company, who treated me with far more respect & integrity.

A local HVAC and plumbing contractor in my home town. I had a sewer backup and they came out promptly after my call. They laid out floor protection and made sure they respected my flooring and finishes where they had to work. Always appreciate this extra care. Their fees were very fair and reasonable for this type of work. When you need help, they get right at it and get it done.

Duncan Heating & Plumbing has always been very responsive when we call for help. They cleaned our sewer lines quickly, replaced our toilet, and replaced handles on our shower and sink. I highly recommend them!

Septic trouble Thursday night at our home place... One phone call and Duncan took care of it on Friday. I appreciate the service and their willingness to respond quickly to a phone call from an out-of-state customer.

Arrives almost an hour late, and does not immediately apologize for being late! Laughable. Does not even get back to you about dates and estimates. Completely unprofessional! I recommend using Ole or Hull for plumbers and stay away from this awful business.
