I contacted Duncan Plumbing about the need for a repair/replacement of my bathtub spout. I was pleased with the repair, response time and professionalism. Prior to visiting my home, Josh requested a copy of my receipt from the original faucet purchase. He was able to identify the correct part and arranged for a replacement from the vendor at no cost. He didn’t have to tell me there was no cost for the part, but he did. His honesty, integrity and expertise have earned my respect and future business.

I have used Duncan several times now. Rebuilt my faucets outside. Changed my valves in my laundry room. Always great quality work and a reasonable price. I used to use Kobella plumbing for years but they have gone down hill and charge double of everyone else. So glad I found Duncan!! Highly recommend .

Both Jessie and Josh were a pleasure to work with. Jessie was very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain what the job would entail. She scheduled Josh to be at my home at 8:00am and he arrived on time. Josh was courteous and professional he went over what he was going to do. While he was jetting and using the camera he showed me where the problems were and discussed what should be done. Hopefully, we can work together in the near future.

We recently renovated my mom’s bathroom, and I can’t say enough good things about this company! Josh and his team went above and beyond—not only was their work top-notch, but they were incredibly thoughtful and patient with my mom throughout the process. They made sure she was comfortable with every detail, took the time to explain specs in a way she understood, and even thoughtfully helped her get around the space when her mobility was limited. That kind of care and attention is rare these days and it truly meant so much to us. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
