We had what seemed at first like a small issue with a clogged toilet. It ended up being a much bigger issue that required re-plumbing connections to the septic tank and cutting through the bathroom floor and concrete slab to replace the plumbing. Because we had to remove the toilet, tub and vanity in order to get to the plumbing, we decided to renovate the bathroom at the same time. Jacob W and Billy H were prompt and worked for hours to get through the thick slab to repair the plumbing. They poured concrete to close up the area and replaced and rerouted the tub/shower and vanity plumbing. Because we have cast-iron plumbing, we had them replace the plumbing from the kitchen sink to the septic tank as well. We felt William was very knowledgeable and explained the process not only the HVAC services. He also took time to tell us about the whole home membership program that including the plumbing electrician, and the HVAC service that you provided. When he arrived we were met with a hand shaking, introduction, as well as acknowledgment. Now this is the cherry on top before entering our home, he put those little blue booties on his shoes that ment he respected our home and he also respected us because he also called us by name. Dunn’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were responsive and available same day I called for service. My technician name’s was Jordan. He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable in the services. He explained as he went along and showed pictures of the issue and a pictures after he repaired it. Service was reasonably priced. Jordan was very professional and answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend Dunn’s HVAC, and Jordan as the tech.

I had the pleasure of having Antron install a fan for me. He did a phenomenal job, answered any and every question I bombarded him with and was very professional. He was by far the most knowledgeable electrician I’ve come across and would highly recommend him to any and everyone. I will be sure to ask for him the next time I need something. Overall he did a wonderful job.

Gene took care of our leak. He took time to explain what had to be done. After taking safety precautions , getting the proper utilitie companies to mark their lines. He fixed the pipe that was causing the problem.
