Our experience with Dunota Pools has been outstanding. Their team is efficient, clear in their communication, and consistently delivers beautifully finished pools. The overall craftsmanship is excellent- from the clean, polished details to the high-quality flooring, everything reflects great attention to detail and durability. It’s always a pleasure working with Francisco. He is friendly, professional, and always available whenever we need his attention during the fence installation process. I can’t say enough great things about Dunota Pools. From Gustavo (sales) to Marco and Leo (construction), and the amazing ladies in the office—our entire experience was excellent. I’m a very hands-on customer who asks a lot of questions, and their constant communication and willingness to listen meant everything. Construction is never perfect, but Dunota handled every step professionally. We had a few small fixes during the build, and they took care of them right away. Great experience with this pool company. The service was excellent, and Valeria Jiménez went above and beyond to help throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about doing a great job. I highly recommend them.

I had one of the worst contractor experience with Dunota Orlando. Our old pool was leaking, so we decided that we will fix the leak through a complete remodeling and modernization of the pool. The contract was signed in May 2024, the work was completed in March 2025, when Duonta told us it would be a 8-10 weeks job. We spend two summers without the pool, but worse, our yard looked like a battle zone for months. They removed the pavers, but then it took several months before the new pavers were installed. And even worse, when the pool was completed, it was leaking in the same place that the old pool was leaking!!!!
