Dunston Heating and Cooling

I as well was referred to Dunston Aire by my home warranty company. Our AC went out on a Sunday evening. We called and confirmed out appt with Greg that was scheduled for the following Wednesday. On Tuesday morning Greg called and was able to work us in a day earlier than we expected. He was very polite, professional, and did a first class job. We were up and running again with COLD aid in just a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Greg and Dunston Aire.

I was referred to Dunston Aire by my home warranty company. My AC went out on a Friday afternoon so I knew getting anyone over the weekend would be tough. I left a message for Greg on Friday evening and when I called on Monday morning, he was in the process of returning my call. Greg told me he had a full schedule but would let me know after 1:00pm when he could get to me for service. By 2:00 pm, Greg was calling me & indicated he was in Wake Forest but was on his way! Greg & his team were kind, friendly, efficient and really went out of their way to trek to Cary on a busy Monday to get my AC running the same day.
