Duro Floor & Cabinet

I purchased cabinets, flooring and countertop from Duro. It’s the best deal I could find and the whole process went smoothly. Amy has been very helpful in coordinating everything. One of the cabinet doors was slightly defected and my contractor didn’t see it and installed the door. Amy helped me switch the door even though the holes were already drilled for the handle. I highly recommend this store to my friends

We absolutely love our new flooring! The color is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and it looks amazing in our home. The salesperson was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable about flooring. They respected our preferences and never tried to push us. When we brought in a sample of our cabinet, they went above and beyond, bringing multiple samples from the warehouse for us to compare until we found the perfect match. In the end, we chose the Hawk brand in Natural Oak color. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Attaching pictures for reference, highly recommend!

It is surprising that there aren't more reviews. This store is relatively low key but runs a honest business. I bought 1000 sqft engineered hardwood floor here. It has been a month and I did not notice any defects. And their price is definitely not high compared to many other floor stores. Amy was very helpful through the process, being flexible w.r.t. payment methods and very accommodating in refunding the extra materials.

Not sure how this store doing the business and it raises product price every week. I went to the store take a picture of a floor to home and next week when I visited again for the same brand floor, the price is increased $1.5 per sqft. The quality of product is concerning and the store sales/Amy forced to sell her own brand but the floor quality is not trustable... soft and easy scratch but claiming as European Oak. Please there are better stores who spend time to show different brands and price options. The worst is the store smell strong marijuana that is not family-friendly. Please stay away...

I had an amazing experience at Duro Floor & Cabinet. The quality of their products is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. A special shoutout to the Vietnamese sales lady, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great flooring and cabinets with top-notch service.
