Here is what our mold retesting company, Ecosystems, found in our ducts after Dusty Ducts "cleaned" them. I've gotten no response from the owner Diane Crickenberger, and Brandy Forsch has jerked us around. I can not recommend Dusty Ducts at all ! They were done very quickly. And we have a 3 story home. They only took cash or check, that's telling as we now want our money back but have been unable to get it. They are very sweet on the phone, don't be fooled.

I would highly recommend Dusty Ducts. Everybody from the office staff to the 2 men cleaning my ducts have been very professional and well informed. The work was done in a timely manner. The 2 men that did my work were very neat, polite, and able to answer any questions I had. If in doubt, I strongly suggest you give these folks a call when you're ready to have your duct system cleaned.

Excellent experience. They were able to fit us in within the same week, and came back the next day when there was still an issue with our dryer. They also made sure everything was clean before leaving. Punctual and courteous, would definitely recommend!

I had an afternoon appointment set up for 1pm-5pm. I received a call that said they finished up their morning job early and asked if they could come earlier. That was very convenient for me! Both gentleman that arrived were clean, friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable and advised me on a few other things as well. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts (which had never been cleaned before we moved into the house) and the work looked great. I highly recommend them if you need this service done.
