I appreciated that they came out on a Sunday even though they are a 24 hr 7 day service going by there ad. I do feel they need to be more transparent on pricing. They did a good job. As well given me a idea for my next line of work. Thank you

​I have an old Andersen sliding glass door with a missing key, and the original bypass lock style is obsolete. I thought I was out of luck since replacement wasn't an option. After taking the lock to Dutys, they were able to make two new keys for me in just one day! Their service was absolutely wonderful!

I am updating my review. They did a good job of rekeying my storm door. The door latch, however, was old so the spindle broke (that was the reason the lock came off when I turned it up to unlock.) I had to buy a new latch. Now it's just cutting that little excess length and I'll have a latch on my storm door again.

I contacted Dutys when I lost my shed key and was able to get a replacement key without paying to have someone come out to my home. Not all businesses would have been that honest about being able to replace the key without sending a service truck out. I highly recommend Dutys as a reputable, HONEST company.
