DYC completed a large back yard renovation for us last summer (2024) and we are very happy with how it turned out and with the experience of working with them. Work completed included: - removal of old fence - removal of a tree - removal of old brick patio - grading of entire back yard - building of small retaining wall - building of new privacy fence - building of new stone patio - laying of sod in yard Dealing with the company - both those in the office and the workers who did the physical labour - was a great experience. Everyone was professional and courteous and they were very responsive to our needs and questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future landscaping projects! Photos included show the before (old red fence), during, and after (new fence and sod).

This is the service you get. And they will fix it in the summer. 2nd year in a row my fence was broken. And they have never fixed anything. We're suppose to do a scrape down on side walks, what a joke that is. Go to a more reputable company.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Northern Hot tub / Dyc properties. Before we spent that kind of money we did our research and looked at many different places. However, this place seemed different. Very welcoming, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Some other places barely acknowledged us when we went in. Took allmost 10 mins to even hear hello, i did not want that. I am all about the customer experience especially before i give up my hard earned money. At Northern/ Dyc properties, right away people came out and greeted us, shook our hands, it was a great start. It was a no Brainer to buy our very first hot tub here. I have read the reviews and they are accurate. DYC did an excellent job of landscaping and installing a new driveway as well as a sprinkler system. The latter are finicky things and DYC has always been responsive when we needed an adjustment. These guys are excellent
