Dyersburg Sanitation Department

Garbage pick up is on Wednesday. The can was in the exact place it is, in the picture. No boxes, nothing not bagged. No car parked in front of the can. Everything by the book. They didn't pick it up. I called and left a voicemail, and asked for them to come back on Friday to pick it up. No call back. Left the house today, and found this note on the garbage can. Again, there was no car in front of the garbage can, at all this morning, unless they want to count cars in traffic. It's still in the same spot, so It's not too far from the mailbox, and no garbage that isn't bagged. Also, out on time, because it was never moved. I called, and Kirby sent me to Greg's voicemail. Nothing.

The new automated trash pickup in Dyersburg is a joke. They are more frequently forgetting to pickup my trash as well as some of my neighbors. When I called last time they were very rude and unapologetic. When they finally do dump my trash they are extremely rough on the can often leaving it knocked over on its side or with the wheel broken or popped off.

These are the most lying people I called because they driver left a bag of garbage that was in my container on the side of the road how the dummy done that I don’t know but they need to be trained . Then called and dat carol lied too they must’ve in a nasty house themselves stupid pigs but I left that garbage right there in the road and took a pic to send to mayors office you people make me sick explain this how it end up on the other side of the road and was I my container then the witch lied fat witch.

Really...the sanitation dept usually does a nice job of getting folks trash to the street. I usually try to help them out by doing my own, but they can kiss that goodbye.... They just had to drive all the way over to the other side of the street and drive all they way down my front yard just to get 5 feet closer to a few bags....that's TRASHY work. We aren't too happy with having to fix their tracks.

I'm constantly having to call because they left a bag in the bin or dropped it on the driveway and left it then the sanitation supervisor laughed at me when I told him I'm getting upset with this constant neglect of duty and said he has surveillance that he can look at to see how my trash bin was before pickup and if it was overflowing it's not there concern even if they didn't get all the trash from last week
