I had contracted Alexis in the past a couple of years ago and he did a good job with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I tried to contact him to clean a couch and upholstery on my dining room seats and he never showed up to the first appointment we agreed to. I contacted him about the No show and he had excuses about prior jobs. We agreed for him to show up on Saturday morning to do the work and again texted him cause he didn’t show up. When he finally called an hour and a half later to let me know he was in Orlando and was on his way, I just told him that I would find a responsible professional to do the work. I wouldn’t waste my time with this service company, very irresponsible and not trustworthy.

Unprofessional and argumentative staff because I requested to have the vaccum ran once more to suck up excess water. Dude became argumentative because the maintenance guy came in to help me get excess water still surging from apt behind’s busted pipe. You want cheap and rude service this company is the way to go. This is Not a legitimate - serious customer service oriented company. Especially since I had to explain to the dude what professionalism means.

DYGA services is great, they’re always on time with the request, always able to help and support our community, so thankful to Alexys their CEO for all the kindness and willingness to help.

Always very professional, courteous, does an excellent job with carpet cleaning, shampooing sofas and chairs, even does drywall and painting! Just ask, they probably do it!
