We are so pleased to have Dynamic Backflow conduct our yearly backflow checks for the last few years. From the first encounter with Sarah in the office to the face to face with Kevin for the annual assessment, we have seen nothing but stellar customer service and responsiveness. No pressure when things do need to be repaired or replaced -- he makes the customer's interest - and pocketbook savings- a top priority while ensuring everything works as intended.

I have worked with Dynamic Backflow for years now, and they never disappoint. Sarah, is always friendly and cheerful, and made it a breeze to make the appointment. Kevin, who did the testing, and shut down my sprinkler system, was very thorough, and explained the proceedure. Any questions I had, he answered. Sarah and Kevin were both exceptional to work with.

Working with Dynamic Backflow has been a pleasure, especially Sarah (the office manager?). She's responded immediately to every email I sent, answered the phone quickly when I called, and helped answer my questions with kindness and professionalism. I'd recommend Dynamic Backflow.

They tested my property for a few years then I received a letter from the city stating my water would be shut off if the backflow wasn’t tested by 12/1. I called Dynamic and left a message followed by an email. The email was read as verified by a receipt but NOBODY from Dynamic has contacted me in any way over the past several days. I scheduled backflow testing with another company. Dynamic has lost me as a customer.

In short, we needed a refund because of a duplicate order by ourselves and our landlord's. We reached out to Dynamic Backflow three times over about a month period. After the third attempt and a review we were acknowledged and promptly refunded. There is no doubt that they are extremely busy, so it's good to be patient. It was our error to begin with, and they resolved it. I would recommend them, as the price for service is fantastic.
