Dynamic Equipment Group

Dynamic got my Bobcat back up in running pretty quickly considering the work - and did so within their estimated ETA. Also Did a few minor extras which was appreciated. Erick was responsive providing feedback when asked. I’ll be back.

Not only has this dealership and sales team gone above and beyond for me. Their parts department has also always gone above and beyond for me if there is ever a dealership for a small business or a starter business or just a homeowner that wants to know that they have the security of calling a dealership and getting answers this is the place. I can truly say I’m not sure where my business would be if not for these guys

Called Thursday June 26th, talked to a guy (named Isaac I believe) about some parts for my machine. He told me to take my time and call him back about ordering them as long as it was before 3pm. I called around 230 and said let’s do it. He had an attitude immediately because apparently it was last minute. Well he also said he would call me back after the order went thru so he can take my payment. Parts were to be ordered and I pay extra for shipment to come in Monday June 30th. It’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t gotten a call to give my payment or pickup an order. So I’m just going to assume you blew me off. Bobcat you guys need to go back to your own parts department because as I can see the other reviews it’s the same crap.

I started buying machines from Bobcat a couple years ago because they were one of the few companies that actually kept parts in stock. Now if they have a part in stock, it would be a miracle. Everything is always out of stock or on back order not to mention always over price will be looking for a different brand next time I need a new machine. This company is just not what it once was a few years ago. Also I guess this company has a new owner called Dynamic Equipment. Synergy Equipment no longer owns the company they said it’s Dynamic Equipment, but for some weird thing Synergy is still in the building renting equipment and answering phones.

If I could give negative reviews I would. Take equipment in, it comes back with more issues. I have to drive 90 miles from my house, drop off, get it fixed 2100 dollars later. Drive back home with it... Guess what, they knocked something loose and I no longer have power to my bob-tach switch, windshield wiper, or ac. Do yourself a favor and buy a kubota, or find a local mechanic that will take the time to do the job correctly.
