DZ Contracting

I recently hired DZ Contracting for our house demolition project following a fire, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The team arrived promptly and assessed the site with thorough attention. They explained the entire process, ensuring I understood what to expect. The demolition itself was completed efficiently and safely, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. What impressed me the most was they handled all debris responsibly, leaving the site clean and prepared for the next phase of our rebuild. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Dave has been fantastic with helping us repair our sewer and coming back out to snake it when it got backed up from the city. He is great with communication and fast response time! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional who knows exactly what he is doing!

Do not use DZ. he made our beach 5’ too short on one side and a couple feet too short on the other. he also did not dig a shelf down into the water so it just drops off. he promised a weed barrier and most of pond is without. It is very ugly too—uneven

it would have been nice had they shown up on the multiple occasions they scheduled to give us an estimate. only to dimiss any phone calls after. one star rating is to high TRASH
