We can't even express how thankful we are to Smith's roofing. We couldn't find a respectable responsible company in my town so I reached out to Smith in Columbia City. We were desperate to get our roof fixed as it was leaking, destroying the wall in our back room, rained in my kitchen, and had moved to my bathroom destroying my bathroom ceiling above my tub. All of this was an extremely stressful situation seeing as how the winter weather was upon us. I am very thankful to Chase for taking time out of his evenings to discuss things whenever my husband, who is military and works very long hours, had questions because he could not always be here to handle things with me. The crew themselves were amazing guys! They put a smile on my face every time I walked out and saw them having fun doing

Smith Roofing did a great job at installing our new gutters and snow rails. It was done promptly after the snow/ice had taken down our old ones. They did our metal roof almost 14 years ago too and we’ve been very happy with it. Definitely recommend them!

Mikel was great! He was patient while we had some issues with insurance that prolonged our roof replacement process. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the process and was honest without being pushy. When the insurance check was delayed, their billing department was patient and did not hassle us about non payment. After seeing other roofing companies in our neighborhood, Smith Roofing is definitely more professional and efficient. The entire crew was respectful of their time at our residence and of our landscaping. Thank you for a great experience! Would definitely recommend their services!

Chase was so great to work with, he helped me navigate and work with my insurance. He explained the quote and all the work that was needed and why. He followed up with me after the job was completed to make sure all was completed to my satisfaction. I had some struggles with communication after I signed the contract with another member of the company which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Chase hands down, deserves a 10 for his part.

Second house I had Smith Roofing replace. The speed and quality of the work was great! Including clean up. If I ever need another roof, Smith Roofing will be my only call. Quality operation. Also had all new gutters and siding installed. Outstanding work!
