Recently thought my chest freezer needed serviced. Turns out my child turned dial to "off" and it was working fine once turned on. The service man drove 2 miles from his shop to make me feel stupid for 5 minutes and charged me $75. Thank you E.A. Pyle I'll never be buying my appliances from your store again and will never refer you to a friend. If you are that hard up for money then cash my check. I real genuine company would have not charged me and in that case you would have gotten a tip from me for wasting 5 minutes of your day.
