E. E. Mills & Sons provided a service to my apartment complex where they are/have painted the exterior of the concrete building including the metal sidings at the roof. The texture of the concrete walls appears like a difficult surface to paint but somehow they were very thorough. Very detailed and at edges there isn't any over-spray or runoffs. I did have one safety concern which I brought to their attention and they addressed it the next day (they had already left the site). I don't know the rates they provide but I do know that they did a very clean, fast and through job. They were very polite on each occasion that we've interacted even though I am not directly who they are providing the service for. If only they serviced some of my old apartments!

The crew members were punctual, meticulous, and professional in every way. Delightful to have at our home for the several weeks it took to complete the job. .
