Great service and really friendly staff. Everyone! They resolved my issue immediately and response-time was fantastic. They tried to help resolve my issue with me on the phone and I appreciated that. In the end they sent Josh out and he was a professional and very helpful! Great job!

Frustrating experience. Called two days ago to schedule service and had a pleasant and reassuring call to determine the work to be done along with a rough quote; everything seemed great and I was looking forward to the visit this morning. When no one showed up within the service window this morning I called to see if I had mistaken the date. Nope...turns out that someone at Renner had 'penciled out' the time and had not contacted me. Furthermore, when discussing rescheduling times with the representative, the service notes had almost zero information from the initial call detailing the issues and work to be completed, which lead to a frustrating situation and one where I felt like the bad guy. I ended up calling back to cancel the service appointment and will be going with someone els

This company is absolutely AMAZING! They came out so fast! They fixed my silly crazy issue (we are new to the well world) and I can’t even tell you how happy we are! EH Renner has been my go to well contractor for 35 years. Each and every time I needed their service they were professional and responsive to my needs.

This place is great! They came quickly. Our water pressure tank needed replacing. They were kind and fair and the price turned out to be less than I was quoted. Highly recommend.
