They installed my battery in the rain 🥹 I have a HiAce so finding the right battery was tricky as well as the install. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for all the extra steps involved. I appreciate that.

Extremely horrible experience.i called this place to ask them about having a nite ize car magnet holder for phone for the car and the guy on the phone sounded irritated with me asking.he asked me for the serial number so I gave it to him. He explained that it was in but he didn't know where it will be located in the store. So I drive to the Ace hardware store located in Columbia Pennsylvania when I get there and start looking through the aisles the same man comes to me and says are you looking for something and I explained to him yes I called in about the phone holder and he says over here this is all we have but the one that I asked him about was not there so I grabbed the one that looks almost like mine and when I get to the car after spending $27 for this thing it doesn't have the back

Very disappointed made an online order only for it to be canceled then called the store to see if items were still in-stock and the lady was rude will definitely take our business somewhere else oh and she argued with me trying to tell me the money stays on my card until I pick up order which is not how things work you pay when you make the order it gets canceled you wait for the bank to credit it back she has no business dealing with customers

Very well stocked. I haven't gone here and not found what I needed. Would rather patronize a local store than a big box store for most things. Helpful staff.

All employees are always so willing to help with either their advice or their muscle power to help me load up my car. Everyone makes me feel very welcome and make every effort to help me.
