He used high-quality camera equipment which provided clear and detailed images of the sewer line, enabling us to identify a few potential issues that could have turned into costly repairs down the line. The technician took the time to explain each part of the process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The detailed report was delivered quickly by email, which included video links and recommendations for addressing the minor issues found.
