Matt Lang came out to give us the estimate for a mini split. He took his time explaining our options and walked us through all the details to help us understand the scope of the work involved. Tony and Ryan did an excellent job installing the mini split. They were both professional, punctual and extremely respectful to our home. They took the time to explain the work they had done and answered any question we had for them. They were very clean and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend Hughes heating and air for your next install.

100% call Hughes for help! I called at 8am today when I had no heat on a very cold day. Hughes got me an appointment for the same day at noon! Then you called and bumped me up as soon as you had a cancellation! Mike was phenomenal. I have a warm home again. I’m grateful for your quality business and service! 11/10! Completely recommend!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. They were referred by Costello Oil. My furnace wasn't staying ignited and the thermostat was wonky. It's been years since we did maintenance for our heater but technician Colin was understanding, completely non judgemental and got to work immediately. Turns out, the furnace was just extremely dusty and needed a full system cleaning. He was methodical, knowledgeable and gave advice how to better insulate the oil tank lines so the heater doesn't have to work so hard. He did a great job installing the new thermostat and cleaned up everything before he left. Note: We had a service contract with another provider that did not do nearly as good work. They showed up twice a year and the heater would still crap out intermittently under their care. It got expensive a

Used Hughes for the first time yesterday and it will definitely not be the last time. What an amazing experience. Unlike the larger companies from my initial call. They were professional on the phone. They kept me in the loop with the technician’s arrival. Mike our technician was knowledgeable and extremely professional. Explained everything and fixed my issue promptly on the coldest day of the year. He didn’t sell me anything that I didn’t need. I won’t use anyone else moving forward. Thank you Hughes!

Hughes heating and air conditioning are the best in the area! We had issues with our heating system on one of the coldest days of the year. We knew they would be super busy but they came to fix our unit right away. It was much appreciated as we have a 1 year old. They were super friendly and made sure to explain everything they were doing. We will most definitely trust them again in the future!
