We got quotes from 5-6 contractors/flooring companies/ big box stores you name it. Carmen from Napoli is THE best. I knew from the first time I talked to him we were going to go with him. He’s a good guy, he has a huge range of quality to fit your budget, professional and great quality. Even if you didn’t want installation, he will offer you the best price if you just want to purchase the material. I wanted the highest quality flooring which is coretec pro. It’s pretty expensive for LVP but it’s exactly what I wanted. My floors look amazing!!!

I can’t recommend floors by Napoli enough! They did a fantastic job! My house was built in 1890 and proved to be a tough job. There are strange nooks and crannies, spiral stairs, and lots of obstacles. It turned out beautifully. Jay and Bob did a fantastic job installing the carpet and were very friendly and personable. Carmen did a tremendous job helping us pick the right carpet for us as well as top of the line padding. I couldn’t be happier with the job floors by Napoli completed. Carmen and his team were excellent to work with. Carmen was far from pushy when it comes to the quote and there were no nonsense sales tactics you see from the big names. His team ripped out the old carpets and old floors and had new carpets and floors installed in just two days. No mess to clean up, no concerns whatsoever. The price was competitive and they care a lot about providing great work.
