Had David come out and he was the best. Very personable, helped with sealing off the house, setting traps, removing them and ended up with seven rats total. Came out very quick to help, very knowledgeable and very professional. If I ever get another rat problem, he’s who I’d call.

Had a fairly large ant problem that David resolved in a very short period of time. We have lots of plants in the back yard on three levels with stone walls so we water often and that attracts pavement/patio ants. David mentioned that we would probably see results in 2 to 3 days with larger results in about a week. He also noted digger wasps that he took care of immediately. If you're not using Eagle Eye, you should be! David is very friendly and personable, incredibly prompt returning phone calls and super knowledgeable regarding the bugs that were taking over my property. The prices he charges for his services are extremely fair in spite of the fact that it's a two hundred mile round trip to my house.
