After initially having trouble getting someone onsite, Levi was able to get a technician out to look at our furnace. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable; and he was able to look at everything I had concerns about. Levi was also kind enough to follow up with me to make sure all of my questions were answered, and to gain feedback about how to improve services in the future. I very much appreciated how thorough the technician was, and he made the experience much better.

Had heat pump installed. Price was great, lower than competition. They kept all promises and very timely appointments. Got a Mitsubishi with a great warranty. Very happy with techs, all very nice and helpful. My only suggestion would be to set customers expectations as to the looks of the products and prices before and after installation, with pictures etc., so everyone is on the same page about what is getting installed and how it will look.

Our A/C unit went out in the middle of the hot summer temperatures. Levi was out within 2 hours to check over our system and found it was well outdated. He gave and price quote for a replacement unit that day. They had the new unit installed within a week. Very fast service and professional install New ac/heater unit works better than ever. Great company and very easy to deal with.
