From the very first conversation through installation and well beyond, every team member has been incredibly trained, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They were thoughtful before the install, meticulous during it, and just as attentive afterward — which meant everything to us, especially coming off the heels of a very poor experience with a different company in Klamath. Sid, who came first to see what I needed was very friendly and thorough. I lost a $10 bill outside in my driveway and he was so sweet and honest to return it. Also, the guys who installed my furnace and A/C were very nice also and did a good job.

Metal masters stood above the rest in the fact that they did a thorough check of all my vents. They measured things, they took the time to understand how my current system worked. Some other companies I received bids from literally walked to the basement looked at it and walked out.
