Eagle Flooring

Eagle Flooring installed my hardwood floor on behalf of Simple Floors and did a good job on the floor. However, the installers put a hole in a wall and ripped part of my cabinet. I had to pay a handyman to install a piece of wood across the damage area and of course it now looks like a "repaired" cabinet. Eagle also put a hole in the wall. In early February, Eagle Flooring promised to pay for the damage to the cabinet but has not yet done and a month has passed. I didn't know about the hole in the wall until after the last time I communicated with Eagle but I got fed up with Jose's reluctance to accept responsibility. Neither did Simple Floors accept responsibility for the cost of this repair work. I absolutely would never do business with Eagle again. Michele A.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They not respond back promptly nor follow scheduled appointment times. They caused extreme stress and inconvenience and I will be using another service moving forward.
