Billy & Jody the owner of the business are great. They are such professionals at their jobs and treat their customers with such courtesy and respect. No matter what the hour they will be willing to help and give a 100% to each job. I would always recommend Eagle septic for all your repair and install needs. I have used them for 10 years and never had a problem. 2/22/21 I called Billy and Jody and asked about problem with septic system after the freeze. Jody answered and said we are trying to help the community as much as we can by diagnosing customers septic tank issues over the phone and letting them fix what they can for free. I am so grateful Billy owns and operates this business. We had them come and save us 4 years ago with our very full septic. They were very kind, professional, honest and efficient. We just used their service again. I was very pleased how Billy came to our rescue once again. Our water started backing up in the house at 12:00 pm on the Friday of Memorial weekend. Billy made sure we were taken care of that day so we would not have to suffer over the long weekend. It was truly such a short notice and I am so grateful to Billy and the amazing company he runs. Eagle Septic pumped my tanks, did maintenance on the compressor, pulled the pump, installed a new control box and ran new wiring from the panel to the pump and floats. Billy and his crew were knowledgeable and now my system is in top shape. Next time I need septic repair this is the company I will call.

Eagle Rental and septic came out cleaned my tanks and checked my system, while there they found I had an issue with the air system. They took the piece in repaired it and re installed it in a timely manner. The whole staff are very polite and professional and do care about their customers!
