Eagle Van Lines Moving & Storage

Sooo I deleted thw original review from couple years ago so people people can see this now. And i quote: This was my third time using this company to move since 2019. The best thing about this company is the consistency in service over the years. It has always been such an amazing experience each and every time! The guys do some great work and work hard! The group that did my move worked in such a cohesive way, with such respect and smiles all day! Ali did a good job leading the way! Communication throughout the move was on point. Office staff have been great with follow up as well, especially Hector! I highly recommend this company and will use this company again in the next move! My moving experience with Eagle Van Lines was excellent. The movers arrived an hour early to pack my belongings and wasted no time in getting the job done. They reassembled all my belongings in the spaces I requested. Also, the movers were honest and friendly. They didn’t try to scam me for more money as was my past experience with a different moving company. If I ever move again, I will use Eagle.

My move was terrible from the beginning. The owner argued with me because I refused to pay for his crew to sit around when I was clear from the beginning I didn't need them for 7hrs. This crew destroyed my furniture before I even left from 1 apartment. Then they destroyed my plants. They broke a garbage can broke my dresser and daughters bed.

Eli was very accommodating with my request of pick up time even though it was very short notice. The pick up crew were efficient, careful, and pleasant. Delivery was waiting for me when I arrived, the delivery crew kept in contact with me. They were great. This made my out of state move less stressful. I didn’t know what to expect after looking at other companies reviews but I’m so grateful I went with Eagle Van Lines. They were great from start to finish! Thank you guys!

I recently had a great experience with the Eagle moving team. Eli, the owner, was kind from the beginning and when he came to visit my mother's 2bd apartment put everyone at ease with his calm demeanor and professional attitude. We contacted him based on the great BBB reviews and weren't disappointed. He was able to move us from New Jersey to Georgia just two weeks from initial contact. It was a rush, but Eli, Steve and the team were up to the task. During the move an old rocking chair broke, and while it wasn't covered in the insurance Eli volunteered to pay the repair charge to ensure my mother was happy. They're committed to the customer being satisfied and I'd gladly work with them again!
