Earl Smith Building and Reconditioning

We unfortunately hired Earl Smith (Owner) in October 2021 so as to convert our (400 sq. ft.) existing detached garage into an ADU....…..Long story short, I came home and caught him (Earl Smith, Owner) illegally inside our home on 7/1/22 and then as if catching him inside our home wasn't shockingly bad enough, just days later, his theft was confirmed on our hidden security camera while he was rummaging throughout our living room. Earl Smith (Owner) was kicked off the job and fired once his theft was discovered! A police report was filed and we are now pursuing his theft legally so as to expose his corrupt business practices. Horrible experience with this dishonest thief!
