This company is amazing my furnace went out and they got back to me right away that morning. The service repair gentleman was so kind and did an amazing job getting the furnace started. The next day it went out again ( the furnace is around 30 yrs old) he came again went into extreme cold to the roof and under my home trying to find the next issue. The service repair gentleman went above and beyond for me truly. The office manager who handles calls and responds to messages after hrs is kind and really was my angel during this arctic blast of cold. I will always go to this company 1st for any heating or plumbing repairs they have done both for me and exceeded in customer service and not Billed me crazy amounts. Appreciate this company very much

We have used Earl’s twice through our home warranty company. The issues were fixed promptly. Would use again.

Earl is great. Today my furnace was not working. It was all my own fault. He came out on a holiday weekend so I would not freeze. I am certain he had better things to do with his family. I am so thankful for his kindness.

Home warranty connected us with this company. Right away I noticed the only means of contact was to call Earl's phone. Isn't the most personable with people, but I'm not either, so I figured whatever. He gave us a time frame of 12-3 for a technician to come look at our furnace, tech came right at 12. I'm home most of the time, so the timing wasn't an issue for me, but if you work a typical 9-5, it will be an issue. Tech diagnoses the problem very quickly and let us know he would order the replacement part then be in contact with us. Received a voicemail from Earl about an appointment time. We had a flood in our basement the last rainfall we had. Well we needed the drains snaked out in the basement. Day before they were to arrive at my house they borrowed us a pump to get the water out of the basement which never worked. The cord to the pump was so frayed that the cord blew off the pump and landed in standing water which. Myself or my bf could have been electrocuted. I called them up right away after it happened told them we are borrowing our neighbors pump. Which we did. Well next day they arrived late to bring a pump one after we told them we already have one the day before. Still showed up with theirs. Then proceeded to tell us that their vehicle broke down and didn't have their equipment with them when they got their vehicle fixed they be back. Few hrs later they returned
