We had a bathroom renovation project at our rental property with Earth Stone through a local designer. Tear down began and our plan was to finish by early May, and for months we were under the assumption that everything was on schedule. We had rentals booked for our property for early May. In mid-April, roughly two weeks before renters were scheduled at the house, Earth Stone ABANDONED our project and left the bathrooms demolished, apparently due to fears of permit inspections, despite us asking about permits on day 1 and continuous assertion that permits were not necessary. The lack of communication and flat out abandonment of the project led to us losing rentals at the last minute, frustrating the renters and losing us rental income, as well as left us with finding our own way to finish

Easy process kitchen and bathroom renovation! Kristy was super helpful when trying to pick a new countertop for my kitchen and new bathroom vanity. She has a good eye for design and I went with her suggestions and absolutely love the results! I also felt the price was reasonable. Wesley and the Earth Stone crew were knowledgeable and efficient with the installation. I would use Earth Stone for a future project and would recommend them to anyone!
