We had Jake install a Generac whole home backup generator. Jake is a great communicator.. His pricing was transparent and fair and completed the job on schedule.. It was a pleasure to do business with East Coast. . I would highly recommend them.

We were in quite a fix - lost power to the heat in our bathroom and living room - NOT fun taking a shower in a chilly bathroom. Once Jake (and crew) saw my request for help, they were at our house within a couple hours. Jake took a look at the panel, saw the problem, and had it fixed within 20 minutes (MAX!) - had the heat working in both rooms. We are SO APPRECIATIVE. Both Jake and his assistant were professional, polite and very efficient! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We highly recommend East Coast Electric! After a storm took down a tree and our house wires & anchor, our electrician at the time referred us to Jake and his team. They came out right away, assessed our needs and provided the necessary services so the electric company could restore our power to the street. Jake and his team (incl. the women on the phone) were all friendly, professional, skilled, and provided exceptional service. They came when they said they would and provided the services they said they would do. We also had them back to wire our house to our emergency generator. That was also completed in a timely manner. In today’s environment, it is harder to find reliable and skilled services. We will definitely be calling East Coast Electric for further electrical needs!

I had a fantastic experience with East Coast Electric. I was in a situation where my appliance breaker was faulty and I had the pleasure of working with the owner's wife who empathized with the situation and helped coordinate and schedule a service time within hours of speaking. The owner came out and fixed the issue in less than an hour and my freezer was up and running again. The owner explained the service call repair and the future coverage I could expect for the breaker replacement. This East Coast Electric is outstanding from customer service to fair pricing. I will absolutely be reaching out again for all my electrical service needs in the future.
