East Coast Granite of Asheville - Arden

We had a great experience with East Coast Granite. From Michael in sales, to the installers, and Tim and Mark for follow up care and sealing. Communication was good and product was beautiful.

I went to their location in Asheville with a very small job after I had difficulty finding a granite company who wanted such a small job. They were happy to help. They came out to my office to measure and had the job completed within 2 weeks as promised. The scheduler to the staff the came out to measure to the installer were all very professional. I would highly recommend to use them and we will use them again for any of our offices needs for stone counters in the future.

We had a great experience with everyone from East cost. From the salesperson, Brooke, to the other folks who answered a few random questions I popped in to ask, the folks in Greenville who went over my specific slabs and edge design and finally, the installers, who were neat, friendly and did an amazing job on site. I have recommend East Coast Granite to several people who have since used them and have been pleased as well.

I have worked with East Coast Granite a couple of times now. They do really beautiful work! My recent project was stressful as it was a huge renovation of our 1907 house. There were a lot of surprises throughout, and Samantha was an amazing support and very flexible. I deducted 1 star because I feel like communication with removals and installations could be improved... I'll add photos later if possible. We're still moving in!

Our overall experience with East Coast Granite of Asheville – Arden was great, easy, and fast. I have recommended them to a few of our friends and would use them again. East Coast Granite has great prices. They also have a sealer that they offer. That we liked. We dealt with Brookie, a very nice young lady. Brookie was very professional and easy to work with. The only issue I had with them, was they don’t give you very much of a notice or communicate with you on when they are coming to do the steps such as measuring the counter or installing them. We were given 1 - 2 day notice they were coming. I’m a store manager and I can’t just say "I got to go". I’m lucky my husband is a little more flexible. Like I said it was fast. So if this is the only complaint I have. Not to bad. JFYI I'm stil
