East Coast Granite of Charlotte - Design Center

I purchased a granite island from the East Coast Granite of Charlotte – Design Center showroom, and we had a great experience overall. The selection was beautiful, and the quality of the granite really stood out. We did have a few things come up during the process, but the team handled everything very professionally. They were accommodating, responsive, and truly worked with us to make sure we were happy in the end, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Janice for her outstanding support. She was patient, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality materials and great customer service!

Dawn was so helpful with design/selection! Came in without a clue and ended up with beautiful new quartz countertops, sink, and tile backsplash. High quality product, wonderful people: scheduling, templating, verifying templates on the actual slab, installation, plumber, tile install. All so friendly and happy to answer questions and did great work. Also, I kept my old, but refinished cabinets, and the installation guys took good care of them while removing old countertop. Very pleased! Thanks!!

Fantastic experience with this Company. Janice helped me with my design (installing a second sink and replacing the other sink in my kids' bathroom). I absolutely love the quartz countertop she picked out. The installers were extremely professional and very prompt. The quality of the product and the staff was top notch. Really appreciate their hard work on my little project.

I would not buy cabinets from here again. I bought my cabinets a little less than four years ago and have had nothing but issues. When the counter guys installed the counter they scratched the front panel under the sink. It took forever to get replaced because they ordered a whole new cabinet and didn’t know how to replace the one panel. I was told they would be better quality than the Lowe’s cabinets I was looking at. About a year in several had chipping paint and most of my drawers were not working correctly (not pulling out even). They sent a service person and the cabinet rep. Most of the bottom doors were replaced as well as several of the hardware for the drawers. The rep said they had a bad batch and she was hopeful these would be better. I have continued to have issues but now th
