This might be the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. At the beginning of June I discovered I had a roof leak, I called 3 roofing companies to give me a bid on installing a new roof on my home. East Coast Roofing was one of those 3 companies I called. The company’s manager Ivan scheduled to come by and assess my situation and give me an estimate, in the mean time I drug a huge tarp up on my roof to attempt to cover the damaged area. Ivan came when he said he would and even redid my tarp so it would hold and protect my home through a few days of rain while I got estimates and attempted to deal with my insurance company. He certainly didn’t have to go up on my roof and do that, but he did not even knowing if I would give his company the job! I did use Ivan’s compa

East Coast Roofing just replaced my roof and they did a fantastic job. Unlike most other roofers they offered 160mph shingles for a very small additional charge over the more common 130mph shingles. They also were able to do the work promptly instead of waiting 4 to 5 weeks. The project manager was outstanding in his honesty and communication. Don't see how you could do any better. Best value in Palm Bay!

I used this company for my solar project. I have to say they go out of the way to communicate right up until you become a customer and make that payment. Well then that is where the rubber meets the road. it has been about 8 months with my system and I have tried and tried and tried to communicate with them to NO avail. See even the owner does not return emails or phone calls or text messages. Yet prior to the project being done he was johnny on the spot with return calls and saying all the right things. "This is my personal cell phone", "Customer Service is extremely important to me" etc etc etc. Well just as one would be worried about, after payment they become ghosts and WILL NOT return calls or answer questions. It is sad because they put up one heck of a front in the begining

Ivan was a pleasure to work with. Professional and very helpful with questions and concerns. The crew that installed the new roof were fast and efficient completing the job in one day, including the clean up. Ivan checked in throughout the day and showed up the following day to go over the yard a second time ensuring that all debris was gone. I highly recommend.

The East Coast people did not know to put in a separate breaker for my solar. the only contact I have, Flynn Larson, will not contact me to give me the information I need to start by FPL Application, and my load of $30,000 starts having to be paid tomorrow. I have not been happy at all with the service or their communication
