By far the best service in the LowCountry. I’ve been using this family owned business for over 30 years and will continue to. I highly recommend them. But do your homework when hiring a locksmith. There are companies out there that promise things and show pricing but when you get them out there, be prepared to get bamboozled. East Cooper Lock and Safe is the only choice when you need help.

East Cooper Lock and Safe was absolutely wonderful and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Rainey was so friendly, helpful and quickly looked up the type of truck we needed it for. Along with quality, she was so kind and caring! Closer to us was Jantzen but they have limited hours, and the front desk person there interrupted and yelled at me when I called back to get the range in price there (he was probably just having a bad day since the main locksmith was out doing a job). In any case, it sent me to look elsewhere and thankfully I found this gem! What a phenomenal family-owned, professional business. They were cheaper than Jantzen, or the dealer, and it took about 15 minutes. Too easy! I will go there from now on, and refer them to everyone! Thank you for all the

East Cooper Lock and Safe is a life saver. Had another company come to my business to put new handle on my front door. Long story short after 3 months and numerous times trying to fix the problem and costing me over $2200 they could never get it fixed. And they were got mad at me because the last time they came out they wanted me to pay another service charge, an installation fee and pay for yet another handle that they put on the door (that also stopped wrong on 2nd day) and i would not pay it. So when that handle stopped working the very next day a friend of mine gave me ECLS phone number. I called them and they not only came out the very next day but they only charged me $300. The technician that installed the new handle was very professional and nice and told me the other compan

East Cooper Lock & Safe saved our bacon. We got locked out of our concession trailer the day of an event. They were closed but answered the phone and handled us when they didn't have to. I highly recommend this amazing family who are widely trusted and very generous.
